I don't like Donuts fried in duck fat. Or worse, with duck meat in them. Like, who would put Duck In Donuts?

So this is apparently the landmark 250th Dunkin Donuts in Chicago on Yelp. Which shows you just how widespread this cancerous chain has become. Some locations are better than others and one product that never seems to disappoint is the hot chocolate. Mine from here was okay but it certainly wasn't piping-hot and was a little watered down. Service wasn't as bad as other reviews have suggested, however there are a lot of sketchy characters outside this location on the street so be careful.

Worst dunkin donuts around. I have never been treated so rudely at any coffee shop in my life. I have a usual order that i get at every other dunkin and i got it here today. It was just plain wrong. Then the lasy was trying to say i ordered it wrong. Literrally, order the same thing from every other location and it is correct every time.
    Overall, very negative experience.

As Paige stated, this is not a good Dunkin Donuts.  The line is always long with one person in the window. She/he is the one working as the rest are just having conversation with each other.  It takes forever to get an order and I always end up missing two buses due to this.  If you want Vanilla Chai, you will have to go to another  Dunkin as they never have it here.

This is probably the worst Dunkin Donuts in the city.

Now, I hate to dole out one star reviews. As you can see via my profile, you have to be pretty horrible to get anything below three stars.

I've been to this location twice (only because I thought that the first time was a fluke) only to have the same horrible experience. The visits were a month apart.

Where do I begin? I'll just make a long run on sentence: There's always a long line with one person helping (and everyone else texting and chit-chatting), they're disorganized, they don't make the drinks in the order they're paid for, it just seems like complete chaos back there, the employees will check their phones while they're ringing you up, and lastly their Dunkachino machine has been apparently broken for over a month so they just (in front of you) pour the mix in to a cup with hot water and stir (with a random metal stick that I didn't see them sanitize before or after).

So, long story short: never again.

I love Dunkin' Donuts. The only reason this place isn't getting 1 star is because it is RIGHT at the Belmont station and is so friggin' convenient.

Other than that, it's horrible.  The coffee just doesn't taste good.   I've ordered decaf from there THREE times and I have finally just given up and decided not to go there anymore.  The first time I know they gave me regular caf (I saw them) and I just was in a hurry and said "Eff it."  The next time I watched them like hawk.  She handed me the coffee and I said "I'm sorry, I ordered decaf."  She tried to tell me it was decaf and I told her nicely it wasn't.  She looked over the carafes and saw that the regular caffeinated coffee was swinging side to side from having just been poured, and the decaff carafe was as still as could be.   She then poured me my decaf peppermint mocha that I'd previously ordered again and handed it to me without a word, only it was just plain coffee, no peppermint, no mocha.  Next time, same girl, she did it AGAIN.  I nicely said, "I'm sorry, this came from the black decanter, please repour with decaf."  She just said "Sh*t" and poured another one.

I say I'll never go back...but again, it's so convenient.
